1Why Are Our Hearing Aids So Cheap?
Simple, we offer unbundled hearing aids. What are unbundled hearing aids?

The traditional price model was designed to offer 5-years of inclusions such as batteries, consumables, clinical services etc. Essentially you paid one higher price and had pretty much everything covered for Five years, this is called bundled hearing aids. We have now created a new pricing option, where you pay for services and consumables separately as needed when needed.

We still offer at least a 3-year manufacturer warranty – Australian based and still actively remind you when it is time for a checkup as this is critical for optimal ongoing benefit. 

2Private Health Insurance
Once you have paid for your Hearing aids we will provide you with a paid invoice which you can take to your private health care provider to claim your rebate. Learn More

5Interest Free Payment Plan
We offer our interest-free payment plans through Humm. Humm allows you to enjoy the sound you love now and pay for it in equal payments over 6, 12 or 24 months. With Humm, you can spread out the cost of your treatment with no added interest*. Sign-up to Humm, make a purchase online, and checkout Click and Collect – it’s as easy as that.
6Pensioners
Eligible pensioners can be fit under the Australian Hearing Services Program, this entitles pensioners to;
  • Full hearing assessment every 3 years
  • A fitting of a fully or partially subsidized hearing device/s (if required) every 5 years
  • Option to enter a maintenance agreement for $48.90* which includes: all batteries, parts, repairs, and services to be supplied by your clinic (DVA are exempt from payment)
  • Assisted Listening devices
  • $42* replacement fee if you lose your fully subsidized aid/s *however, you will be responsible for the cost involved in replacing the partially subsidized devices
  • All ongoing audiological services
